“Will somebody show me what to do with this?”
This was the question Sherry Circle asked as she held up her pickleball paddle at the entrance of the Oro Valley Community Center in Arizona.
But before learning the game of pickleball, a mindset shift transformed Sherry’s health journey, making it possible to discover the joy in her future.
